About RD's Only

RD's only has not been around a long time 5year now.. I am the inspiration behind RD's Only I have been tinkering with 2 stroke street bikes for many years [over 35]. I raced when I was  younger and YES I raced RD's, mostly my 1975 Rd 350B. Did Ok in the top 10 every year out of 60+ other crazies. I learned a lot from some very fast and smart people over the years of racing. I had a very dependable and fast bike, last 2 years I raced the old girl she had a stock bore. I used the same pistons for 2 years!!! un heard of well it is true.

Well my background as a mechanic started very young the age of 12 I ripped apart our lawnmower and fixed the problem. I worked with a small engine repair shop at age 13 [not legal]. Went to san Jose vocational center and spent 3 years playing with small engines and motorcycle engines. Went to school in Denver at Denver Institute of technologies for Motorcycle mechanics. Worked for Emery's Honda, Campbell Yamaha, 13th street Yamaha.

Then into the work force electronics mostly but always had the garage open for people who need work done.
I was laid off in 2009 and decided to restore RD's and have done a few since.

I have a thing for Yamaha RD's and RZ's and TZ's so I decided to open back up the shop, so there you go in a couple of paragraphs you know my story.

   Making my business grow is key, if I do a bad job on one persons bike that would kill me. So that will not happen with RD's Only I am honest and reliable.

I will be "ON THE ROAD" in 2013 if all goes well. So I can visit you. I will be posting where I will be and be taking appointments via this site.

I will get back to you on a scheduled time / appointment. I like to get your bike in an out in a few days. I stock Most parts for RD's.
